Split into two teams, each team should have an equal number of members. Each team will need a towel or rope to form a fake "head". The teams will stand facing each other, a certain distance apart, usually about 2-3 meters.
The game begins, holding the fake "head" firmly. When the starting signal is given, the two teams will pull the fake "head" towards themselves. The goal of the game is to pull the "head" towards your team while trying to prevent the opposing team from doing the same.
You need to coordinate smoothly, using strength and technique to pull the fake "head" towards you. Pay attention to the opponent's position and adjust the pulling force to be effective. This is where solidarity and team spirit are clearly demonstrated.
The game ends when the fake "head" is completely pulled to one side of the field. That team will be declared the winner.
